Project results: The project is dedicated to the creation of competitive domestic lubricating compositions with graphene-like nanoparticles of molybdenum (tungsten) diselenide, which exhibit a superlubrication effect for metal-metal and metal-nanoceramic (Si3N4-TiN) tribosystems during their operation in extreme conditions. The use of the latest lubricants with superlubrication effect during the operation of friction pairs will make it possible to increase the service life of parts and mechanisms, such as metal and hybrid bearings operating in harsh conditions of abrasive wear (e.g., wheel pairs, pump parts, sorters, etc.), by 2-3 times, and a reduction in the friction coefficient will significantly contribute to improving the energy efficiency of mechanisms.
